This work belongs to a series exploring meditation as a gateway to expanded consciousness. Through stillness and awareness, we transcend ordinary perception, our sense of time dilates, our understanding of space deepens, and our relationship to the sacred becomes more intimate. Meditation reveals both the inner landscape of the self and our profound interconnection with all things. My daily practice of meditation and inner reflection serves as the wellspring from which my art emerges, each piece a visual echo of these contemplative experiences.
